On 19th of July, a pre-mobility training is held in Tirana with selected Youth Workers to discuss on their role for the Mobility Training, objectives and their responsibilities.
Most of the youth workers came from youth organizations, such as AIESEC, Bethany Center, Center for Youth Progress in Kukes, Rrjeti Asan but also some of the representatives were part of institutions such as Youth Directories in the Municipality.
All the participants showed interest in the agenda presented, considering the topics very useful for their daily work, and innovative methods that they can adapt and use with the youth they work with.
During the session, participants are better informed on the aims and topics for the following training and activities and the importance of their interactivity and communication with Youth workers from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovakia, and their approach on working together through interactive learning approach to develop their skills for building youth resilience, financial and social literacy needs, entrepreneurial and fundraising skills.
The project is implemented by the Međunarodno udruženje “Interaktivne otvorene škole” Tuzla in cooperation with partners: Partners per Femjet – Albania, Pomoć deci – Serbia, Dokoran School, Wide Oped School – Slovakia.
The project is implemented under the Erasmus + program and is funded by the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture, which operates under the authority delegated by the European Commission.
The next activity is a six-day training for young volunteers, which will be held at the end of July 2021 in Vranje, Serbia.
